this game was originally created as a valentine’s card for Webesteem. You are a cute pink angel, however your task isn’t so nice. Try to destroy as many ballons as possible before they escape. There are also some candies to destroy for extra points.

game description:

Aaaah, the kite. One of my favourite squirrel games of all times. I can’t really tell if the concept of the game is that original as I think it is, but see for your self. It’s a windy afternoon, and you went out to the fields to fly a kite. It’s all fun and pleasure, untill those orange-whatsoever-something enemies appear trying to tear your kite apart. So - avoiding them will prolong your kite-fun. Also some acorns as usual for extra bonus points. This game has a good vibe and great atmosphere thanks to the amient I found on the web.

Great game, truly fun for a little while. It was fairly addicting at first as well, i play it once and after that first try i really wanted to play it a few more times, obviously to get a better score. Everything you did in this was done pretty well actually, though they were all a little simple it is obvious you did this purposely, sort of like a KB game. Its good thing that i decided to check this out, it was just at the top of the list with a decent score. But i rather enjoyed it, so nice work. Here is my review. The graphics were pretty good all the way around, i liked the little guy carrying the kite, hes fairly memorable and if you decide to do an animated series with him, it could really be a hit. All the animation was pretty good, the framerate never really went down even when the fish, or what appeared to be fish became numerous on the screen. I liked the background too, again it was pretty simple but i did as i think it was supposed to. Pleasant colours and fairly smooth drawings made it topped it off well. The style was great and all in all it was probably the best aspect in this game. It was a small game in both filesize and in content. But it was addicting and usually simplicity is the key to addicting games on the internet. The animating style was pretty good too, you could really make a full series with it. The game also played pretty nicely too, smooth running and the idea for gameplay was pretty original too. The sound was good, it did do as id basically expect it to, but not too much more. Its hard to do really well in sound with simple games like this. Overall this was was a fun little game that deserves a good score, maybe a little bit better than it already has. I liked it, and it seems quite a few other people did too, i just hope you can keep making great submissions like this in the near future.

I really liked this game, it was great in it’s simplicity. The graphics were perfect, I love your style. I think this wouldn’t be as fun if you added much more to it like powerups, but there are some possible improvements. Maybe it could get faster over time? Otherwise it’s possible to go on for ever which is something to avoid in a game. The SFX are quite nice, but I think a bit more music would work well here. I know it would add to the file size, but something light could keep this under 500kb. I just think it would help the overall experience. Other than those small things this is very good, perfect NG material, hope it gets Front Page! Keep submitting stuff.

Ride as fast as you can. You have only one minute to get as far as possible. There are obstacles on your way, avoid them by jumping using SPACEBAR, and ARROW KEYS to move back and forth. Good luck in avoiding, as you run faster and faster every second (evil laugh)…

All fast-twitch thumb muscle, no brain. But we don’t always have to think, particularly when the Mars-invading squirrel is so cute.

master_baker on Kongregate:
nice nice, simple and easy, even my kid loves it !
